I am currently a Director at Facebook in a non-tech team (think Marketing, etc.). Google contacted me for an L8 role. Due to stock appreciation and high ratings, I am right below $1M. Can Google match that for non-tech, or should I wait for an L9 role?

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.

Also have a Masters in MIS. I have got & cleared calls from AWS for AWS Developer, Architect roles & failed on-site FB Production Engineer role interview.
