I’ve also been interviewing externally and I have heard positive feedback for SWE @ Microsoft just need team matching. Would it be smart to switch or wait to find a SWE/UXE or other tech role at G?

Pressure to push support check ins for any small shortcoming is real. Has G always been like this? Rumors make me want to avoid G like how I am avoiding Amazon.
