If you haven’t already done this, schedule some 1:1s with your coworkers and get to know them on a human level. I’m a freelancer at an agency now where 1:1s are the norm and and it really helps to build camaraderie.
I agree. Get to know your coworkers. I am so sorry you are feeling this way!
I would really suggest doing a few 1:1s like the above person suggested! I do understand how tough it is, but even doing a quick, "can I get to know your role a bit more" can really help with breaking down some of the barriers on that end. Hopefully it gets easier with time!
I work at dentsu and I have observed this happening first hand. Things get lost through the cracks because there is not enough collaboration happening and people work in silos. I agree with connecting and asking for 1:1s but I think the onus should be on dentsu and account leadership to at least facilitate the initial connects, and ensure that people are communicating with each other. Anyway you are likely doing important work, and I hope this is being communicated to you!
Can you address with your manager? If there are missed opportunities because you aren’t being integrated, you could share those with them as reference points, and ask for them to lead efforts towards a more integrated, non-siloed team.
Sorry you're dealing with this. One downside to virtual is it can make you feel super isolated. Hope you can connect with some coworkers soon, hang in there!
