I am currently serving notice period in Infosys after 3 years of exp nd only 1 month is left.
I hvnt given ny interview yet but will be preparing and appearing soon.
How much CTC I should ask from my interviewer?( Current CTC-3.9 LPA )
(PS- i really dont want to take back my papers from Infosys as I had resigned same time last year andI had taken back papers that time and they stopped two hikes that I was supposed to get)

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
