I am currently working as a Product Validation Engineer and am eager to transition into a Vehicle Level Testing role. I’m weighing two paths: pursuing a Master’s degree alongside my current job or attempting to transition directly into a vehicle-level role based on my industry experience.

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center).
