I am currently working as a UX-UI designer. I shifted my career into this field just an year ago. The truth is my learning in this company is not much leave apart the salary. I have been trying to learn to the best of my capabilities but my company di not have any experienced designer and I was the only one hired for the position. I don't feel confident about giving interviews now. My situation is also very tough right now. I am seeking some professional help.

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.

I have 9 YOE, got offer from PWC, $99k base salary in columbus, position of senior associate L2. Is it a good offer? Recruiter told me PWC follows some kind of pay structure it is non negotiable. Can anyone advise.

I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.

He called me unprofessional and said you could have informed. I know I am at fault as well as the offer was released on Monday.
