I am feeling so tired more like exhausted to try to get a new job or even landing an interview as a non-immigrant immigrant multi-ethnicity woman in STEM who has only academia based experience while I volunteer in different non-profits all the time. I am not sure if I am not skilled enough or there are many out there who have better fitting experiences and expertise than me or just who I am is a deal breaker for the companies that I am applying for. I just need some advice, thanks!

I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity.
