I am getting an offer from BNP Paribas around 24 LPA (6.5 years ) but here in EY I got good rating,expected hike and bonus would be good which can make up up to 20 LPA ,I been to EY from last 3 years having flexibility of working from home ,Confused should I switch (they are not offering work from home ) as well as dress code is Formal .Any suggestions

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
Kindly help me how to declare investments so that there will be less tax deductions from my salary .
