I am holding offers from Cognizant (23lpa) and IBM (18lpa). Now I am in process of an interview for Middle-East onsite under the payroll of a small company. But the client is a large one. They are willing to pay 15000AED per month and provide accommodation as well. I am confused now which path to take. I am more interested in onsite but considering it is middle east i am just thinking again. Want to hear your thoughts. Please help.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send.
