"How much do ya'll pay?"
I would ask about tenure of the team, culture, dynamics, what qualities they are looking for, what skills, responsibilities of the role, training/development
Google is your friend 😊
Typical hours people are in the office, expected percentage travel, the typical and target utilization of the group you'll be going into... if there's an single chicks maybe?
"Is it allowed to bone with the coworkers?"
I wouldn't ask those questions until further into the interview process
then make a list of everything you want to know and be candid
Thank you EY1 those are the type I'm looking for
This will pretty much be the last interview if I want it to be. They have essentially told me it's mine. So I want all the details I can get.
and remember they are giving you politicized answers. add 10% to estimates of hours, utilization, etc. I also agree with CR though, a lot of recent turnover might not be a good sign. maybe ask why your position is open
"What advise would you give to a senior who wishes to be in your position one day?"
I like asking something weird like what's the best spot for lunch near the office. Then you can invite your interviewer to lunch after the fact like a week or so after your interview.
301 Questions To Ask On Your Interview
I'd ask what they are looking for in a senior, what industry needs they expect you to fill, and how big the teams are for your LoS in the office.
