I am interviewing for a FTO (Finance Transformation Office) Project Manager at a fortune 500 Company. ~800 Employees.

I have ~2ish years of Project Management experience at a regional bank & another 3 of consulting experience in implementations for Treasury Systems world wide... what is an appropriate salary for say a large mid-western city as an FTO PM? Any other PM's that are in the finance innovation space that could assist in a compensation figure?

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money.
