I am java+ui full stack developer working as Senior Software Engineer at Oracle with 9.5 YOE. My current CTC is 25 LPA. It's been 2.4 years here. Last year I got 7% hike. This time my manager said il get a bonus of 1.12L and stocks worth of 22500 USD. But I will get 25% of it for next 4 years.
I am kind of in a dilemma now. Is it worth staying here with a good wlb and a decent package plus stocks or leave the stocks and move on.
