I am just wondering if anyone else is having a hard time finding a job as a healthcare admin. I have been looking now for two months and there appears to be hardly anything right now. Anywhere I apply, my application either goes unnoticed (at least it feels like it on my end), or I get an interview, but I don't get the job. I know that it isn't because I lack experience either. I had a job for 3.5 years, but they laid me off due to restructuring the office due to finances.

I just had a final round with a company and they’re asking me for details on my other offer (which I mentioned because it moved up my timeline). Should I tell them?

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.

First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process. Hello, I need your advice. I am currently in management in primary care. I have a strong management background in specialty hospital practice management. Recently some leadership positions have become available and I feel as if my leader has discouraged me from applying. His take is that I should take certain steps before applying, however I have the experience from my previous employment in this leadership role. Would I be overstepping to apply anyways ?

Long story, but we’re fairly certain the individual is using Meth and appears to have started/restarted fairly recently. I work with physicians, so it’s a consensus. We have to terminate employment, but what ethical obligation do we have? Two young children at home and no spouse. This is weighing heavily on us.
