When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.

If these are internal facing let sleeping dogs lie. Once you've built up some goodwill and have a good relationship with the GC start suggesting you'd like to take stab at updating some of the guidelines you work with. No reason to cause a conflict early in your career there with a non essential item.
I’m in-house. ^The above is good advice. Don’t unnecessarily offend the GC, it will come back to bite you.

Are they internal or external? Is Compliance or clarity of policies your biggest rock right now? Let department goals guide where you focus your efforts. On a small legal team you just cannot do it all.
They are internal and the issue is more clarity than compliance- this is definitely not a priority right now (especially with COVID a major focus in our industry)
I'm in house and agree with all the previous responses. You'll likely have more than enough compliance work to do and though poorly written content is frustrating, it still gets the job done.
Also, assuming you are a better writer, your boss will notice this over time and will take less offense to you editing her writing.
Relatively new and you’re speaking about your boss, this is common. To get you to 2022 unless the work product is going to get your company fined, someone jailed, or regulatory compliance issues just no, do not go down that path, watch for those telling you it’s a good idea to criticize your boss.
