Discussing salary today for an Equity Derivatives Trader Assistant role at Analyst level at JP (have been working in another analyst role for 1 year as well as an industrial placement at GS). What is the salary I should be asking for please?

What is salary Range for Senior Associate,also how much total experience required for lateral entry for this Position?
Its a normal Team Lead equivalent position. Salary range is very wide. Generally people joining at 6,7,8 or sometimes even 9 yoe gets SA role with 20-35 lpa package. But My friends with 8+ yoe got Manager profile with almost similar salary range.
I might not be 100% accurate but these figures are of my friends who joined CTS in last 2 years
