I just graduated with an MSW here in California and was offered a mental health therapist position with Wellpath. I went through three interviews, and none of the people I spoke to could give me a pay range. Does anyone here work for Wellpath in a jail setting and know the pay range? So I just moved to consulting after B school, and It's more money than I've made my entire life. After paying for rent and living expenses, I have 6000$ left over every month. I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
