I am stuck between Tepper and Mendoza. They are both great schools and I love them both. Tepper has a stronger location + career pathways and ND has the ethical aspect woven into the program + really strong alumni base.

My post MBA plans will be either product or strategy in the short term, while pursuing entrepreneurship in the long run.

Both are full rides (tuition wise) or very little out of pocket tuition costs. COL is similar in both places.

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).

ECs: founded social enterprise, journalism (on health, environmental inequities etc) at top pubs, published academic research, 4 yrs volunteering as advisor for social entrepreneurs. Recs good not amazing.

ST career goal = social impact VC; LT = social entrepreneurship.
