(601)and IBM (7_7a)both are giving me 25lpa and role is also same Full stack developer 2.Which one should I join? I have heard that jpmo does not have work life balance and there is micromanagement. Can can someone please help

I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

I was scooting around some podcasts and found a podcast addressing “ageism” in hiring! Im just wondering is this a thing? In the podcast the author stated some hiring managers won’t hire under 25 or over 60. Thoughts on this.

If you go for interview and you sort of know that the person interviewing you might be curious about something on your negative on your resume like why is there a gap or why were you in XX role for so long?

Do you address it pre-emptively? Or does that show insecurity and you leave the elephant in the room and wait till they ask you?
