Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Mostly echoing what A1 said. If they can't get it together enough to make a decision, it's probably best to set your hopes elsewhere. I once had a firm reach out to me nearly three months after my last interview to offer me the job. As if I hadn't been looking at other places in the meantime.
I might call this an “orange” flag instead of a red one. My thoughts are you shouldn’t apply for the second position and you should continue to apply for other jobs at other places. Companies are notorious for dragging out the hiring process and as a result losing great candidates in favor of finding the “perfect” person. In my experience if they can’t make a decision or provide a substantive update within 2 weeks of your final interview it may reflect greater issues.
