I applied for many times in Citi for Job but never really got any call. Everytime there was this default automated response saying we have found better candidate for role even when my profile exactly matched the role.

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

Currently interviewing for a Cloud Program Manager role in the PSO. Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available. Its been 2 weeks (have emailed her a couple times) since I've heard from her. Wondering how I should approach this? How long does it take to hear back from the hiring recruiter/manager after completing post interview questionnaires? From what I’ve been told I should expect a offer letter soon but I understand nothing is promised until I get it on paper lol. The recruiter I’ve been working with has been very unresponsive. I have another job offer(small company) but I much rather work with Citi. Any tips on how to proceed? Just wait it out? Reach out to the recruiters manager (don’t like this option)?
