I applied to a Salesforce position on their job postings a few days ago. How fast/slow do they respond to initial applications(the posting is still up)?

I’m thinking of applying for a sales role at Salesforce, but there are so many roles that meet my experience. I don’t want to apply for a bunch of positions, and no one is replying to me for a conversation on LinkedIn. Would anyone here be willing to give me some advice/guidance?

Hi all currently i am working as a java developer in a MNC. In my next switch i want to get into a good product based company. What all things and concepts do i need to be strong to clear the interview and work.
Current exp 4 years.

Follow up etiquette help needed! I am expecting a job offer at firm one next week or so. I am into the final phases at firm two. Would it be appropriate to email my recruiter from firm one that they are my preference but I’m far along in the process at firm two and ask for an update on where I stand (to hopefully get an offer faster)? Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. They want to offer me a contractor role instead. Does anyone here know if that is the case? I haven't heard anything as they seem be on wellness week. Thanks for any guidance :)

Had a first interview with Google and bombed it. Was mostly focused on marketing cases , marketing plans etc. (wasn’t really expecting it). This was for a S&O role. What’s the best way for prepare for future interviews? Sorry if this is a really stupid question but gotta start somewhere! Looking at S&O roles in big tech (non-Amazon) . Thanks!

At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.
How long it takes to get ctc approved and also will there be managerial round as well?

Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? I’ll of course prep for the interviews but am afraid to burn potential bridges if I ultimately decline because I’m still figuring things out.

I applied in UST as a Java Dev, 5+ YoE. During the Managerial Round I was interviewed for a project looking for people with exp in modernization Legacy apps. The allocation will be as a Tester but I'll be working as a developer. I'm terribly confused with the Managerial round, any suggestions?
