I attended an interview and it went well.

I informed the interviewer that I resigned from my earlier job due to location constraint resulting in health issues. I also mentioned the specific health condition. So I am looking for opportunities in a relatively nearby locations.

Interviewer said : I am not convinced about your job change reason.

What should I reply here, can anyone suggest ??

Current TC: 88k (83k base, 5k performance bonus), 3 YoE. Healthcare specific domain consultant. Looking to get into strategy work. Offer at strategy firm is 95k base pre-negotiation . Is this worth jumping over for? Tips on negotiating higher? For reference, manager level at my firm pays 95k base and if I stay, that would take 3-4 years for promo. Thanks for any advice!

I got an offer from Luxoft(DXC Technology) and EY GDS for Senior Test Engineer position. CTC are same in both organization. EY GDSprovides yearly performance bonus but Luxoft doesn't give.
As Luxoft has good opportunities in terms of onsite and variety of projects where EY I am not sure about it.
Please suggest where I can join from both these companies.
