That's a great question and really depends on you and what you value. Of course, don't forget to consider culture, WLB, commute, benefits, fringe, bonuses, mental health, etc.
The job title might be worth more work, but it also depends on the company. If the new company is a better company, then it might be worth it to take the promotion. However, if the new company is a worse company, then it might not be worth it to take the promotion.
If the company is offering a promotion with more responsibilities and a higher salary, then it may be worth taking the promotion. However, if the company is not offering a promotion and is only giving a raise, then it may be worth considering accepting the same position at another company.
I would take the promotion option, it will be good experience to reflect on your resume when applying for a job in another company.
A promotion means more responsibilities so it is not logical that you have an offer with the same salary, you should go to the other company because when you get the promotion then you will have a better salary.
