I cheated this weekend with sweets and rice. I am out of keto. It is so tough to maintain. I have been taught to limit red meat, butter so much...my sub-conscious seems to be getting in the way.

Try Enlightened Ice Cream! Some flavors have 12 carbs in a pint and I fully plan on having a whole pint on a day when I’m WFH 👍 also keto pizza crust (1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, .75 cup almond flour, 1 egg, 2 tbs kery gold butter - mix butter almond flour and cheese and microwave for 20 sec to get creamy texture then add egg and mix; bake at 450 for 8-10 min depending on oven) I throw all sorts of toppings on my pizza! Different flavored ranch sauces are great for “pizza sauce”

Find your substitutes! For rice, try Miracle Rice or cauliflower rice. For sweets, there are tons of recipes online — or try to kill the urge with pickles or fat.

I agree it’s hard to change how you eat ... it takes a while to form habits, but keep going.

I’ve been cheating since Saturday ☹️ family came in town and it’s not easy to eat dinner when theyre loving dinner roles and pancakes at breakfast!

I definitely ate fewer carbs that I would have a month ago, but this week also reminded me how much I love some of those foods. But I’m back on the keto bandwagon after breakfast this morning. I’ll hit the gym tomorrow and hopefully be back in ketosis by Saturday 🤞🏻

I don’t know the reasons you chose a keto diet, but for me it was weight loss primarily. I’ve been a conscious eater for years (not the healthiest but I try to make healthier choices) but have struggled to lose weight. I just have to remind myself that once I lose more weight, I can switch to a low carb diet and enjoy some of those foods occasionally!

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Little worries here guys - not able to transfer to Bittrex. Tried from Polo and Jaxx (cold storage). Transaction looked like it was going thru from Jaxx then seemed like it failed. ETH appeared back in Jaxx account and no changes to trans history...thoughts?

GM all, I need help big time. I started my weight loss journey about three weeks ago and lost 7 pounds thus far but cutting alcohol and removing added sugar and trying to eat healthy and tracking calories. I need to loose 10 more pounds at least. I want to try Keto, what do I do ? I do HIIT 30mn a day / 5 days a week.

I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?

Feel like I’ve hit a plateau at 18 lbs total over 2 months. I keep it under 20g carbs per day. Have an indulgence maybe every 2 weeks (usually during a work event, gotta have a beer with the ‘bros’)

Has anyone here been able to make keto work with running (20+ miles a week) and a consulting lifestyle? I feel great on keto (kills inflammation) and great when running regularly
