I cleared virtusa technical interview and then asked to go through Citibank client interview but client did not show any interest. I feel discriminated as i answered all the questions perfectly and confidently as well and he intentionally cut short the discussion in 30 mins. What is my fault here?..I am really disturbed and disappointed

Hey guys. I recently graduated with a bach in business, a graphic design bach, and an MBA this past May. I thought this would help make me look like a stand out on job applications along w/ my international internship but I can’t get an interview for an entry level job at big companies like Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, or Leo Burnett. Should I take my MBA off my resume?? What am I missing??

How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Is there a good way to respectfully approach that topic with the interview team and find a role that might be more exciting for you? Or is it better to walk away?

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

Hi all, looking for advice on… well everything career related 😔 it’s the “great resignation” and people are moving on to better things all around me. I’ve been actively searching and interviewing for at least 6 months, and no offers after final round. I’m struggling to stay motivated to search and fake enthusiasm in interviews, and I’m still increasingly miserable in my new job. I think I need a career coach - any solid recos? I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I have one query, i received survey mail from ey gds regarding joining date and location preference, so it mean iam selected or any other round happens? Because i give self recorded video interview on 7th feb and i recive survey mail on 7th March which i filled on same day and in joining date there are two options 25 March and 25 April ,wheres i select 25 april but there is no communication after survey mail so what should i do?

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?
