I completed a final-round interview and had a great experience, the recruiter was very responsive throughout. However, it’s been over two weeks with no update, and my follow-up hasn’t received a response. The sudden silence is disappointing. I understand decisions take time, but even a brief update would help. Has anyone else experienced this? Would you follow up again or move on?

I'll be 40 in five short years. I still feel like late 20s in my mind. I feel like a kid who just got into college. I feel like I just completed my first job interview. It's almost two decades since?
