I completed my 1st round of skill interview in Accenture on 3rd March. Called Helpdesk and they said status is marked as qualified. Called HR and she said the same and said expect an update soon. But in workday it is still showing as interview and no updates received #Accenture. 8yoe QA Automation

One of my friend got interviewed in Deloitte and she was asked to rethink her salary ask in the HR round. She reduced it to 1L less than initial ask. Now the status is in benchmarking approval. What does that mean ? Will they release the offer letter ?

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.
