Pdm told will give the best possible ( not any amount he told) suddenly today hr pinged ur profile processed will receive ol in 10 days...can i expect 22 lpa also other people told ibm send some forms to fill before ol release i did not received that too IBM

I’ve done PI work my entire career for over 10 years. I’ve worked in state and federal courts and I’ve traveled around the country doing MDL work and bellwether trials. I’ve had a lot of success making the idiots I’ve worked for wealthy, but I’m still waiting for a moment where I enjoy what I’m doing. I feel stuck working in dysfunctional plaintiff firms/cultures. I hate this profession/career more and more each year. Has anybody been successful breaking off on their own in recent years? Advice?

After being in Fishbowl for sometime, I see everyone has something (or many things) they don't like about their company (even MBB, Big 4). From outside those companies look like potential employers for candidates.

I know grass is always looks greener (sometimes actually greener) on the other side.

But what are good consulting firms which is basically perceived good both by employees and potential candidates?
