I compromised and accepted a lower pay to be in a positive work environment, only to find out after years that I have not truly been accepted and I am out of a job next school year. so even sometimes the positive environments are not what they appear to be. Phoney people make you think you’re doing a good job only to find out later someone had an issue with the way you were doing your job but didn’t have the spine to address it so you end up completely blindsided. How can you predict this?

“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time.
