I don't have much product knowledge. In my current role, they train us to update a handful of spreadsheets by following lists of instructions, but honestly I don't know what many numbers mean. My whole team has been struggling because nobody knows much more than the specific spreadsheets assigned to them and when anything goes wrong nobody seems able to bridge the gaps to get problems fixed. Can anyone recommend learning resources about property insurance accounting and reserves?
