I feel like my long-term goal is to start my own business one day. But I have no idea where to even begin building that skillset while working this crazy job. Anyone else have the entrepreneurial itch?

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.

What should I do? I need good wlb but also need money badly.

I am in the process of finishing up my MBA but considering also getting my SPHR or PHR cert. Is it even worth it or a waste of time and money?

Does a non-tech PMO candidate can also achieve 30-50 LPA in just 5-6 years of experience as you technical people are achieving.

Please also suggest, should I continue in this PMO and go for PMP, Prince2 then try or just learn some technical things and then can only expect this much package?

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.
