I feel LTM hiring process is shitty.
Before giving interview you get multiple calls from hr to attend the interview. Once interview is done l1 and l2 then starts the real game, so much of delay even though u had a great interview and positive feedback from interviewer.
No response from HR even after multiple follow ups.
If they don't want to hire why the hell come up with hiring and waste candidates time.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer.
