I use ClassDojo and a behavior clip chart to manage behavior. We have switched to personalized learning and a teacher next to me says that this is not conducive to personalized learning and good behavior is expected and shouldn’t be rewarded. Is anyone else returning to fully in person learning? We have been hybrid/synchronous since September, which has been very hard and not very effective.
