A Deloitte recruiter told me that I will be getting 9.1 LPA + 10% variable + 80K joining bonus from Deloitte USI. Considering the fact that I am working in IBM India with a technically sound team and that I got promoted a few weeks back only, will it be a good decision to join Deloitte and leave IBM?

9.1 LPA is basically a 30% hike over my existing CTC and I am not sure if Deloitte actually gives a joining bonus and variable component.

Has any joined PwC India recently? What is the process? Did they courier you the laptop or you had to visit your office to get it?

Hello fishes , does client pay for the onsite visit that we do during UAT ? I have a flight scheduled tomorrow to Switzerland for UAT assistance to end users. It is 2 weeks visit. My client lead was trying to convince my management that I can work remotely and my management convinced them back that it is too late for cancelling my plan. It feels like I am going to onsite on mercy of client. Who is more important here my client or management ?

I have MBA from NITIE and currently working in Deloitte USI S&O where the work is definitely not strategy consulting. Would like to get into MBB but seems tough. Tried referrals but didn't even get an interview.

Would it make sense to go for second MBA from ISB or abroad and try to get into top front end consulting roles? Quite confused and looking for some advice. Thank you.
