I got a email for an interview for AON remote job. Data Entry had a text interview and was hired on the spot. They gave me a hiring letter and w4 form next day and said they were sending in a check for me to buy equipment. When I received the check it went through and they asked me to send it to there “vendors” with random names through cash app, bitcoin, Zelle, and Apple Pay. The email was Aongroupsplc@gmail.com. HR name was Ann Mckinley is this a scam? They expect me to wire more money Monday.

This job is a lot better if you don't care about the bonus and hours requirement. I can pretty easily bill 1700 hours annually and my firm so far hasn't cared in the slightest. Worrying about hitting 2000 hours for the bonus used stress me out so much, and I just don't think it's worth it. Base salaries are ridiculous and way more than enough to finance my lifestyle.
