I got a two way flight on Singapore Airlines. I needed to change the return flight to a date earlier which is giving me options from $0 to $342 to rebook using the complimentary rebooking. However, even if I select the $0 there's a price difference of $1300+ coz my departure flight is also repriced at $2070. Should that happen? I'm used to having only the return flights change in price when rebooking.

Called the customer service and they said the two flights go together.

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
