I got an offer at Accenture after only 2 interviews for a Salesforce technical position. This blows my mind. For context, I went through 6 interviews at Slalom to land an offer there. I am afraid of Accenture being an "easy come easy go" job. Which do you think would be more stable in this pandemic?

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I want to know how to transition to a non client facing role in wealth management or another financial role. I am series 7 and series 66 licensed. Any thoughts?

For example, would the fact that an applicant is from Sullivan & Cromwell vs, say, White & Case matter at all, or is it much more about experience/interview?
