Hi fishies, I am currently working as a Manager at Accenture for one of their MDM project. I have received an offer from Axtria. I have asked for 40% hike on my current CTC. There is no WLB in my current project, hence considering Axtria. If someone can help me understand the work culture in Axtria especially in BI segment.

Slalom has 8,000 employees, Accenture has 492,000. Who do you think has more time to drag out the process?
Is it AFS or LLP?
Slalom has never in its history had a layoff; people are only fired for performance issues.

This is true. I am actively hiring for my Salesforce practice, and your six interviews are accurate to everyone’s experience right now. From the first conversation to the managing director, everyone wants to make sure that we’re growing with purpose right now. We committed not to lay anyone off due to COVID and have kept that commitment, so we need to be doubly sure that anyone we’re bringing on has the team’s full blessing.
Also I'm not sure if stability should be a factor here. We can't tell the future. It seems like you're good at salesforce, so if whatever you choose ends up being less stable, you could always find work in the other?
Accenture is the easiest interview process
6? Hell no

I’ll also share that I’m trying to recreate a fly-out experience - I want to give you just as much of an opportunity to interview Slalom as Slalom gets to interview you. That’s why I’m still doing a case, a few behavioral, and a senior leader interview (or two); I’m asking you to quit your job and come work for me, and I don’t want you to have to make that decision on incomplete information. Feel free to drop me a line if you’re curious - I work in our global Salesforce practice.
Salesforce will be steadier for any non sales role than consulting.
I had 5 rounds some companies, and only one for highly competitive tech roles. I dont think there’s much to read into
