I got an Offer from Birlasoft. I an having 10+ years of experience. I have asked 26 to 28 LPA but they have given me 23 LPA(2.3 as variable and 20.5 as fixed) for a position of Senior Tech Lead grade 5B.

I’m in ERP consulting at the moment, focused on manufacturing & supply chain. If I want to eventually transition into more of a tech strategy role, would a CSCP be worth having in my belt?

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.
