How much will be in hand ?

I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

For some reason I am unable to reply to your comment below. Hence posting a separate comment. I too had an interview this week. Just wanted to share a recent experience that, frankly, left a bad taste.
The company had sky-high expectations — they were essentially looking for a one-man army. The responsibilities were clearly the work of three different roles, all rolled into one. And just when I thought it couldn’t get more unrealistic, the HR casually mentioned they had a limited budget for this position.
Below is what they were looking for:
Presales Specialist
Solution Architect / SME
Pricing Architect
Proposal Writer
…all rolled into one superhuman, and preferably someone with 10-14+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence.
They didn’t even bother to read my CV properly before the interview. And to top it off, the panel didn’t have the basic professional courtesy to turn their cameras on during the call.
Needless to say, I wasn’t called for the next round — and honestly, even if I was, I would have politely declined.
If you’re considering applying there — my honest advice: skip it and look elsewhere. You deserve better..

Sorry for incomplete post. I got position of Senior Tech Lead Testing Service (5B). They are offering low with my expectation and when connecting to HR they said its not in my hand the CTC is given by upper management. How to tackle this ?
