Agree. Always email saying what would be a good time to discuss couple of points on comp and benefits - a discussion would help my understanding. Keep it neutral to let the recruiter make the call and then negotiate
Good morning all! BHA4 and Manager 1 was right on the money. I had call with recruiter today and my previous offer was taken down becase it needed to be revised. I was given everything I asked for and even a couple of things that I didn't during the negotiations. There is good news all around. I want to thank everyone with the great advice. I have a great first impression with BAH and I am very excited to get started!

In the language around your increase request, even if polite, did it communicate that you wouldn't take the job if the request wasn't met? A lot of offers are best and final so if you were clear that you wouldn't consider the offered salary, they may have read that as you not accepting. Usually though, the recruiter would respond to make sure you're declining if they can't change the salary
In workday, if they resent it for approval then your offer would go away. It could mean they are getting it re-approved

Wish you good OP. Hope you get to hear from the recruiter soon but send in a gentle reminder after 48 working hours of your last mail.
If no response from the recruiter by email, pick up the f*ing phone. If they don’t return your call, contact the hiring manager and explain what happened. Hiring manager probably wants you and is less likely to be overwhelmed than recruiters who handle a high volume and you’re probably just noise to them.
