I got an offer from Deloitte for 12+10% variable. It is 100% hike to my cctc, and matches my previous offer of 12L. I'm also receiving offers for 14-15L fixed which are either service based startups or small companies. Deloitte could have paid more as I cleared their client interview and they had a higher budget, but I needed my hometown as base location and as they got me my desired location, the package discussion did not progress. Which is a better switch given my 3yoe and my future growth?
