I got an offer from IBM for 24 LPA. Out of this, the annual reference salary is 22.5. I have got some questions:

There's a Standard FBP, and an optional FBP. What happens if I don't choose to opt for any of the optional FBP plan? Does it still get credited to my account?
There are two components to my relocation allowance. When will I get them?
A flat 25K
Relocation reimbursement based on actuals.
What does being band 7B entail?
What day is the salary normally credited?
