I got an offer from ZS for the role of Senior Engineer - Machine Learning. I have 4 years of work experience and went from 12Lpa CTC(11.4 fixed) to 20 Lpa(18 fixed). Is this a good offer? Listing some of the perks: 1. A decent 10% variable pay on basic 2. 4 years of Retention bonus - 1.5,1.5,2.5 and 3.5L respectively 3. Office is 3kms from home 4.
