I got offer from Accenture , doj is 11-feb.
When do they complete the bgv? Before joining? And what all documents they ask? Intially i submitted pan card and 3 month sal slip. After that got the offer. Do bgv team ask more document before doj or everthing happen after joining?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
