I got offer from Infosys (25% from current CTC) and asked me to accept the offer via LaunchPad app. If I accept this offer electronically, is there a chance that Infosys will revise my compensation later when I have other offers (or) after accepting, there is Zero chance of revision again..?

Infosys offer - 12.5lpa incl 15% variable
Yoe - 7
Tech - SpringBoot Rest API developer

Am I crazy? Currently interviewing at LEK, Oliver Wyman, and Deloitte strat for (essentially) entry level positions after working in biz dev at Microsoft for under a year. I’d basically be trading my WLB for away for the same salary I make here, but I feel like I’ll learn way more in consulting and be a more well rounded person. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? During my first switch back in 2019 I recieved 80% hike (4.5 lpa to 8 lpa), that was such an excitement you just can't believe. I got this once my ex left me and I was happy after receiving this offer after huge sadness , sorrows given my ex.



Today I recieved 100% hike with cctc as 10 lpa but no excitement. It look like I am becoming a robot and not enjoying anything.

Don't know what to do, just going with the flow.
