I got the best news today. Phew! After an interview with director for 3rd and final round, I got the offer letter and signed it! My new position will be Client Solutions Architect at NTT Ltd. A hybrid role with enterprise client nearby.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Anyone have any idea when the hiring freeze might end within AWS ProServ? I’m currently at Amazon and have a TS clearance, PMP & CSM. I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs.
