I had a 1 hr Teams video interview today with the hiring manager for an Audit Recruiter role in Canada which got cancelled this morning saying someone will be in contact regarding this later. Should I be worried or it’s just coz Interviewers availability changed? KPMG

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

Fishes, I have a job title question. Does it matter if a role is in the same project with different titles? Example: SA, State and Local, Researcher vs SA, State and Local, Business Analyst. The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE).
