Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Probably not the answer you want. Just encouragement. Each company is different. Each group is different. I learned, with interviewing, the less you appear to care, the less anxiety you have and the better things go. It’s weird and counter intuitive. Just keep interviewing and applying at other places while succeeding in your current role. Everything thing else will fall into place.
Yes, its been taking longer and longer for companies to get back to people anymore. I'm hearing that it can take anywhere from 1 day to like 4-6 weeks at times. I really don't know why.
Pretty normal I would say. I wouldn’t think much of it. Easier said then done.
Was gonna say the same, I think it's normal but always better not to have your eggs in one basket and keep interviewing at other places
Happens quite often. The fact that they bothered to update you at all is a good sign!
I've had companies take 6 weeks to even schedule an interview so it's definitely possible. It's good that they followed up and touched bases with you. i would say that's a good sign.
Yes. I'd say this is pretty normal. Some even take longer than that. But I suggest you send them a follow-up email. Good luck!
