I had an interview with UST Global for a React Developer (3–5 years experience) role. I cleared all the technical rounds and even had a final discussion with the manager, who said HR would get back to me.

It’s been 2 weeks now and I haven’t received any update.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Should I wait more or follow up again?

I left my old job the end of January (due to compensation) and hate my new job. I don’t sleep and am constantly stressed. I have been interviewing since May, but I can’t seem to find a good fit that has an insurance Plan that fits my needs. I am thinking about reaching out to my old job (very small and tight knit) to see if there’s a position available for me still.
