I had applied for TAM in Google Cloud and got interviewed for the same. However, I do see the position now open in my preferred location as well. Should I apply for that location or if I clear my set of interviews then can I ask the recruiter to get me matched to my preferred location? How does this kind of situation work usually? I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions.
