I had cleared all the rounds and shared my documents with AMS. We had discussed a 35% hike on my fixed CTC. After 1 week they called me and said LTC cannot give more than a 30% hike, I agreed on 30%. Today after 2 weeks again they called me and said they want to take another face to face round of an interview before releasing the offer. Did anyone face this issue? What could be the actual reason?
