Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Use it as practice. Any important skill (like interviewing) is an acquired one. Scars are easier to remember than successes
If it doesn't work out, it wasn't meant to be.
OP interviews arent meant to be a trail by fire. It is just another company looking for white collar workers. The experience might have been unpleasant bit dont let it define who you are or what you bring to the table.
Why was it horrid ? Just curious. And that could give us a clue on what to do for future opportunities !
Learn to make fun of yourself and laugh it off. I started in the industry as a door knocker. My first time, I introduced myself as Edward Jones. Needless to say, that person didn't become a client. After he practically slammed the door in my face, I wrote down "you're an idiot" on my notepad (referring to myself), laughed out loud a little bit, and did better the next time.
Prep for your interviews to the point you can project nearly every question you'll receive. Vault.com has lots of interview question examples for prepping. If the interview went bad then you do not want to work there - trust me - the interview is as much you interviewing them as it is them you. There's a lot of info online for specific jobs and the specific office's interview styles/questions. Behavioral (tell me about a time...), Stress (purposely cut your answers short, and ask difficult questions to stump you and make you feel belittled), case study (give you a scenario you solve the problem - could be completely out of your scope of work - it's to see problem solving skills). Are they looking for fresh meat, long term employees, etc, so many factors. Not getting the job is like dodging a bullet. Keep your head up.
